Hey Guys,,,, Wellcomeback again :p... buy the way i will tell about 3 type or model banks first is Intelegent Multichannel Bank, second is Sosially Engaging Bank, and last is The Digital Ecosystem Bank. But i will explain about Sosially Engaging Bank, so i will start :)

Sosially Engaging Bank example, a agent of bank to get new information from the central bank and next agent of bank informing to custommer and agent must promotion on social media ,so customer will know about new information, agen can share by facebook or tweeter etc.So Sosially Engaging Bank is use social media to incrase customer get a new information from bank about customer expetation and preference.

Like example about The American Express have several social media including link, like ,and love. American Express 30% increase  in sales from 2009 to 2010 they use facebook, twitter, and 4square.
Social media has become an important tool for costumers,waiting to share experiences,connect and learn more about different company and their product.
