Buying A Home at

Hello... welcomeback again with my blog, now i want to tell about Buying a Home and i will buy my dream house in the future.First i'll explain about my exterior facilities in my house.i want to make a karaoke room in my house,because i want to sing with my family together and it can make a more harmonious my family relationship.But i make that room in a small room ,not big room because it can be saving my place. Next, i will make a garden in behind my house,i'll make a garden full of lawns and fountains,so that the garden looks more beautiful and i will have a dog , so i can play with my dog in the afternoons day.And last i wanna make a meditation room, to make a tranquility and exercise patience in my life, so i can live in peace and relaxing self hahaha.....

Second, is my Interior construction, first i will make a 3 bed room in my house, 1 for me and my life , 1 for my child, and 1 again to guard if there are guest.And in my bedroom ,i will design my bedroom like a cloud in the sky hmmm maybe like ceiling clouds picture.Next i will build 2 bath room, so as not to wait for a shower each other between people at home.And next is a kitchen room,for my wife cooks and eat together with my family.Last, i will build a family room,to meet each other and share a story with my family.
I wish my dream house reached in the future, so I can live with my family be happy until the end.I will make a this dream house in 5 years from now.

Living In Your Own

Heyy Guys..... Welcome back to my blog again... this is the fourth meeting in this blog, now i want to tell about Living in Your own. So i will share about my budget in my life and how I manage that. But first, I must estimate the payment in my life,so that all the needs in daily life can be fulfilled all.

Hmmm.... Like most people, I used to daydream about winning the lottery or, more precisely, about everything I would buy a motorcycle, a car or big house, maybe I will open my little bussiness. An Apartment would be a miniature house of my own, I decided just like living at home but without the restricting presence of parents. Now, my job is a accountant in a company with a salary of Rp 8.000.000,- per month and totally income per year is Rp 8.000.000,- x 12 = Rp 96.000.000,-, but I have spending that is equivalent to income.But i will estimate spending in my apartment.First in my apartement, i need a Television(Rp 1.000.000,-),AC(Rp. 1.000.000,-), bed(Rp 1.000.000,-) ,wardrobe(Rp 500.000,-) table(Rp 500.000,-) and total cost is Rp 4.000.000,-.

Next is my my budget in daily needs. First in foods, per month I can spend the money of Rp 1.000.000,- for foods. next in vehicle, I spent Rp 1.000.000,- per month to buy gasoline motors and cars. For quota handphone and telephone deposit i spent Rp 200.000,- per mounth, Utilities ( Gas,electric,water) i spent Rp 300.000,-. Next in clothing I spent Rp 500.000,- And the total is Rp 3.000.000,-

So, total needs in the apartment and in my daily needs is Rp 7.000.000 for first month ,and my income first month is Rp 8.000.000,- ,so i have Rp1.000.000,- for saving the remaining money in the bank.

                 The Art Of Budgeting

Hellow.... Welcome back to my blog Calvin...
Today i want to talk about budget in my future.Yesterday Fanny and Vanesa already talked and explained about the budge in their life and now, I will explain about three goals in my life

First, in my financial goals, i will save money for buy a house about Rp 300.000.000. I buy a house so that in the future my family intertwined with harmony and no longer ride with parent or my brother.
About in at the age of 28-30  that is my target for achieving that goals. I want to make a happy life in my family, especially for to boast my parents for letting me be born  in this life. I always dream,that i want to be seen as a public good in a manage.

In the second, in my educational goals, I will take and continue to get my S2 degree. Before that, i'll work for pay my magister of second economic. And i want to open my own venture capital. I hope in my college now, must be going well for parents proudto me.

In the last goals. Is about my recreatonals goals , i want to go to Taiwan, why? Because i will go to there with my parents to visit Buddhist Temple or Fo Guang Shan. Because there is cold.

Making Money

I've just begun to summarize about making money from yesterday's presentation.

Are you know about making money?? ..... 

Making money is the process we can get money by work and running a business, Making money is always fun. Losing money is never fun. If you want to make money, and if you want to have fun while doing it.

So this step for making money from of a job, this step's from presentation Yenny 

Step 1 Research who your application letter needs to be addressed to.

Step 2 Review the job description of the position.

Step 3 Format a formal letter with your contact details and the date displayed in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Step 4 Address your letter to the correct recipient, introduce yourself and explain which role you're applying for.

Step 5 Describe your education and employment background using the examples you've matched to the job description.

Step 6 Close your application letter by reiterating your keen interest in the role and mentioning that you are looking forward to an interview. Sign off by writing "Sincerely" followed by your name.

How to prepare for an interview a job:

1.Conduct basic interview research

To prepare for an interview, find out as much as you can beforehand

2.Learn about the company online

Do some fast research,which will give you something to talk about in addition to the job description.

3.Think of some stories

Be ready  to answer typical interview question with a story about yourself. To prepare,write down and memorize three achievement stories.

4.Pich your outfit, and go to ed early

Lay out your interview outfit the night before, get a good night's rest,and always get an eraly start. The last think you want is to waste all of your interview preparation by arriving flustered and panicked because you couldn't find a parking space.

The career Planing process has four steps:

1    1.  Knowing yourself

Begin to think about where you are, how you are and what you want to be. Once you have questions of that ask you can work on getting to know what your skill and your interest. You can use that information to answer the second step.

2    2. Finding out

This step is about to exploring that interest you. Make list of what your interest and adjust it with your personal skills.

3    3. Making decision

This step involves comparing your options, narrowing down your choices and thinking about what suits you best at this point in time. And at the end this step will lead you on the option that you will develop

4    4. Taking action

Do your plan. Use all your skills, interest and information the world work to make action form your plan.

During the interview :be on time,we must be relax and believe yourself if you can do it,and answer completely and calmly, ask question to help you better know the organization, and next ask when you might hear from the organization

After Interview : 

First, shake hands with the interviewer and exchange pleasantries so we can try to invest some feeling into the handshake and pleasantries, even if you think you bombed the interview. Second send a thank-you letter to your interviewer because now is a good time to thank the person you interviewed with, even if it's just a formality. Third follow up with the interviewer at the appropriate time, you should have received some information about when you could expect to hear back from the employer.

We have to practice the interview, making people smile and respect us, and we have to come early before the interview begins. so we must be a good employee.
